Job Name: Senior Data Analytics

Preferred location – Bangalore & Gurgaon

Data Analyst – Liquidity Data Programme Join our Digital Finance team as a Data Analyst, supporting a strategic Liquidity Data Programme that underpins regulatory reporting and balance sheet management.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse and validate large, complex datasets across multiple systems
  • Write SQL queries to extract, reconcile, and interrogate data
  • Translate business requirements into clear data and functional specifications
  • Support data mapping, lineage, and target-state design • Design and execute test scenarios and data validation checks
  • Facilitate UAT and support implementation activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology

What you’ll bring Essential:

  • Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience working with complex datasets
  • Solid SQL capability (data extraction, transformation, validation)
  • Experience delivering analysis within a data or technology environment
  • Ability to manage and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders

Highly desirable:

  • Experience in Liquidity, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as LCR, PRA110, DILAA/SOC, ALMM • Understanding of data modelling, mapping, and data quality controls
  • Exposure to AI / advanced analytics techniques (e.g. data-driven automation, machine learning, or AI-enabled insights)
