Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our New Digital Bank project and support the delivery of innovative digital banking solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, QA, and delivery squads to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Agile environments. You will play a key role in requirement elaboration, backlog management, solution validation, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze business requirements and independently break down epics into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare clear functional specifications and requirement documentation for development and QA teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Thailand business teams, developers, QA, UX/UI, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog items based on business value, project timelines, and delivery objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and scope.
  • Support development teams by clarifying functional requirements and resolving requirement-related issues during implementation.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect clarification, validation activities, and business sign-offs.
  • Ensure delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria, business expectations, and quality standards.
  • Assist QA teams in reviewing test scenarios and validating requirement coverage.
  • Track and support resolution of requirement-related production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation, requirement traceability, and lessons learned throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, System Analyst, or related role.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting UAT, defect analysis, and solution validation activities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English.

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, APIs, and digital platform delivery.
  • Experience working with regional or cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
