ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to grow in Belgium, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

In this role, you will be much more than a recruiter. You will act as a trusted partner to our business leaders, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping attract the best consulting talent to support Capco's continued growth.

In addition to Talent Acquisition, you will support the HR Manager with operational HR activities and administrative processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with business managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

• Write engaging job advertisements and publish them through the appropriate recruitment channels.

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain close communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment activities and recruitment events.

• Stay up to date with market trends and contribute ideas to continuously improve our recruitment strategy.

HR Operations

• Support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR activities.

• Manage the administrative follow-up of recruitment processes and employee files.

• Assist with onboarding new employees.

• Support HR projects, reporting and continuous process improvements.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team whenever needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You are an enthusiastic recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and making a real impact on business growth.

In addition, you have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Experience within a consultancy environment or recruiting Finance, Risk, Data or Technology profiles is considered a strong asset.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

• The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and business stakeholders.

• A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.

• The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a strong sense of ownership.
