The Role

As a Market Data Product Manager, you will act as the Market Data subject matter expert, supporting front-office trading and Execution Management System (EMS) capabilities.

You will play a key role in defining and delivering a consolidated Market Data strategy across multiple providers, bringing together market data, reference data, gateways and associated data services. Working across business, architecture and technology teams, you will help shape the target-state Market Data platform and roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the Market Data SME/Product Manager, supporting front-office trading and EMS capabilities.
  • Define and drive a consolidated Market Data strategy across providers including CQG, UL, Bloomberg and IDC.
  • Own requirements across market data, reference data, gateways and associated data services.
  • Define and rationalize data ontology, standards and common data models across multiple data sources and providers.
  • Partner with business, architecture and technology teams to prioritize requirements and drive the target-state Market Data platform and roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience working with market data and reference data within financial services.
  • Product management or SME experience supporting front-office trading environments.
  • Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS).
  • Understanding of market data providers, data services, gateways and associated trading technology.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business, architecture and technology teams, translating requirements into clear priorities.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with providers such as CQG, UL, Bloomberg or IDC.
  • Knowledge of data ontology, standards and common data models.
  • Experience contributing to market data platform consolidation or transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
  • Consulting experience within capital markets or financial services.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
