Our Benefits Risk champion team is looking for an Associate level performer who is motivated to perform a variety of functions including: executing on accountable work, supporting teammates with specific activities and formulating recommendations using strong judgment. This role will be responsible for driving forward key deliverables in a timely manner with a keen attention to detail. This position works closely with the Benefits strategy, policy and operations teams, HR Business Risk Office, and others to deliver on our enterprise risk activities and ensure the Benefits and HR Services team is well managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize process management skills and expertise to establish best practices with regard to working with process management documentation for AE’s organization

  • Consult with teams to drive work forward in process management space, including documentation of process artifacts

  • Develop mechanisms to track process management work, improvements and readout to senior leadership

  • Work with Data Gov POC to support XDS completion activities and troubleshoot issues/questions related to data share work.

  • Develop and report out data share metrics with senior leadership to keep them informed

  • Accountable for delivery of specified compliance activities required to maintain and adhere to plan and regulatory requirements

  • Support Risk and Governance teammate with managing and handling of incidents and reporting out on incident management data metrics

  • Support Risk and Governance teammate with managing, handling and enhancing control monitoring suite

  • Support fulfillment on subpoena requests from our Legal partners

  • Partner with manager to consult leaders and team members to sustain great execution

  • Partner with teams outside of Benefits including the HR Business Risk Office, HR Tech to manage risk and drive forward solutions to sustain well managed activities

  • Identifies opportunities for process simplification and automation, where appropriate and supports implementation

  • Maintains quality documentation required in support team deliverables and tasks

  • Other duties as needed to support the Benefits team business priorities and risk agenda including project management activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR)

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Experience in Risk Management

  • Business Process Management (BPM) Certification
