Process Manager, Principal Coordinator (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Principal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our internal reporting practices, helping the team to stay organized and focused, gathering data, and supporting in real-time incident alerting and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter, with strong communication and a growth mindset!

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain team communication channels

  • Monitor various sources for incident and alerting needs

  • Support stakeholder communication and collaboration

  • Capture and refine data related to technical incidents

  • Prepare and organize reporting and slides for business reviews and analysis

  • Innovate and drive solutions to reduce or resolve frequent technical issues

  • You are digitally curious, with a drive to learn more about the applications used across Bank Ops, as well as the tools that you will learn and use to perform your job

  • You operate as a self-starter and continuously develop project, process and technology skills

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 6 months of Process Improvement Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 1 year of process management experience

  • BPM, Lean or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $62,500 - $71,300 for Process Coordinator II


Richmond, VA: $56,800 - $64,800 for Process Coordinator II










Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
