Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Treasury Cash & Operations Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of the global cash and liquidity management strategy. In this role, you will manage the North America region and in country liquidity solutions and ensure the company has in place efficient bank account structures for optimal availability of cash. You will work collaboratively with banking partners and advise internal stakeholders on cash management processes, solutions, and payment product channels. You will also lead treasury’s role in the deployment of systems across the corporation to ensure bank strategies are implemented and maintained in the solution.

Key Accountabilities

Advise function partners and business groups on more complex cash management issues and queries and provide training as necessary.
Lead the treasury requirements definition for application deployments to ensure optimum internal and external liquidity structures are achieved.
Lead key cash management bank relationships within the region.
Lead the internal and external bank accounts and liquidity structures of the regional treasury center and projects on cash and liquidity management.
Manage solution delivery across internal stakeholders and banking partners.
Assist with operations activities and provide cash management expertise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures and corporate structuring requests where relevant and required.
Handle bank strategy related initiatives to reduce the number of banks in the region and ensure optimal bank account structures and liquidity management solutions.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in finance or economics
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Advanced knowledge of international and domestic transactional requirements in the countries for the region

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a multinational treasury team
Experience working in related Treasury Management Systems (TMS) software programs and applications
