Job Purpose and Impact

The Field Product Specialist (Diamond V) - East will will play a critical role in driving business success by providing comprehensive product support to meet key business goals. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of sales initiatives and strategies within the region ensuring alignment with overall sales goals and enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team.

This role is open to candidates in the Central US.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and measure the monthly performance of the objectives versus budget and implement actions to reach them.
  • Improve the product performance by providing training to customers, territory leaders and distributors.
  • Collaborate with market development on activities including development and delivery of product demonstrations, sales offers and presentations to channel partners and distributors.
  • Build profitability of the line, through the execution of work plans by territory, constant prospecting, implementation of campaigns according to seasonality, service and product portfolio.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 60% as needed for the role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Multiple years' experience working as a technical advisor or sales consultant.
