The Project Manager/Delivery Lead will report to the Program Office Senior Director as part of the Global Workplace/Real Estate (GWP) team. This position is tasked with the creation and execution of business solutions that align with the strategic pillars of the Global Workplace Program Office. The Project Manager/Delivery Lead will work alongside various cross-functional teams to ensure that implementations are in line with the company's overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery:
Develop and maintain a project roadmap for the Global Workplace Program Office, ensuring alignment with program office guidelines, standards and business objectives.
Lead an agile team/pod of designated resources to deliver key portions of the Program Office.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that meet the needs of the GWP initiatives.
Collaborate closely with IT, HR, and other departments to integrate solutions seamlessly across the enterprise.
Collaborate and align across workstreams to ensure that program objectives are delivered
Project Management:
Lead all aspects of program projects, from planning through execution and delivery that are in line with KPI’s established for the Program.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Be able to build, maintain, and manage to an integrated milestone plan across several workstreams and pods.
Manage risk, issues and dependencies across workstreams, and be comfortable with escalating as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a key liaison between the Program Office and external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with designated pod members, connecting team members to project objectives and deliverables.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
Partner closely with the change management project lead and GWP change leader to ensure tight control and input into the change management of the program effort.
Performance Monitoring:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of program office and ensure timely delivery and high quality.
Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
Governance and Compliance:
Ensure all technology solutions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks and decision-making processes for technology-related activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in HR, real estate, or a related field is preferred, as is experience leading large organizational change initiatives that includes significant partnership with Human Resources
Extensive experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong proficiency with SharePoint, WebEx Meetings, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-level reports and presentations.
Ability to think strategically and align technology solutions with business objectives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Ability to make connections across strategies and teams and develop delivery methods that leverage capabilities across multiple domains
This position is a hybrid role and can be located in any of our offices.
