Cigna Healthcare is currently looking for an HR Regulatory specialist for a 1 year assignment, based in Belgium.
Join our dynamic international HR team where you’ll ensure compliance with regulations across an international work environment.
Cigna Healthcare is subject to EU and Belgian regulations as well as under supervision of the financial sector.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop governance frameworks to monitor compliance with HR regulations
- Translation regulatory guidelines into HR practices / projects and business outcomes.
- Create action plans based on audit findings
- Review and update as required current practices, work regulations and policies and ensure proper communication about changes.
- Support the integration of compliance practices across teams
- Administrative follow up of implemented processes.
- Collaboration with legal and compliance team.
Qualification and skills
Qualification and skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong knowledge of Belgian and EU labor laws and HR compliance standards; Knowledge/experience in sector committee 306 and 307 is a plus.
- Knowledge in HR regulatory matters within an international context; prior experience is not mandatory but is considered a plus
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
- Preferably experience within financial services
- Ability to translate complex legal context into digestible output
