Cigna Healthcare is currently looking for an HR Regulatory specialist for a 1 year assignment, based in Belgium.

Join our dynamic international HR team where you’ll ensure compliance with regulations across an international work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop governance frameworks to monitor compliance with HR regulations
  • Translation regulatory guidelines into HR practices / projects and business outcomes.
  • Create action plans based on audit findings
  • Review and update as required current practices, work regulations and policies and ensure proper communication about changes.
  • Support the integration of compliance practices across teams
  • Administrative follow up of implemented processes.
  • Collaboration with legal and compliance team.

Qualification and skills

  • Qualification and skills

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian and EU labor laws and HR compliance standards; Knowledge/experience in sector committee 306 and 307 is a plus.
  • Knowledge in HR regulatory matters within an international context; prior experience is not mandatory but is considered a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
  • Preferably experience within financial services
  • Ability to translate complex legal context into digestible output
