Job Description
As a Technical Training Analyst your primary goal would be to conduct informative and engaging training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of the Freedom Fertility Pharmacy Technician Personnel. They serve as the face of the organization to our new hires who join the Freedom Fertility.
How you would make a difference:
- On board new and up train tenured employees by facilitating systems and conducting process training in both a classroom and virtual learning environment.
- Ensure each learner has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet customer expectations and enterprise goals.
- Assess the training needs of each learner and facilitating the training program to meet those needs, while managing and maintaining a safe and effective learning environment.
- Develop Freedom Fertility specific Curriculum and train on standard operating procedures.
- Provide feedback and coaching as needed where quality, performance or behavior issues are identified.
- Upskill or cross train exiting staff and conduct periodic retraining when system or process changes occur.
- Measure, track, and evaluate learners’ progress, providing observation and developmental feedback towards business operational goals.
- Be a self-starter that proactively communicates and share the feedback with Operational partners and L&D leadership throughout and following training.
- Execute the delivery of system and process training in accordance with curriculum instructions.
- Plan, schedule, and provide Facilitation support for a variety of training and workshop efforts across multiple work areas via classroom, virtual and other methods.
- Collect feedback and modify existing curriculum/ draft new curriculum content as needed to support operational requirements.
- Create/ update SOPs to align with changes within operational work area.
- Lead and manage coaching conversations.
- Review quality and performance records to determine opportunities for review and retraining needs that may be associate specific.
- Maintain training records and LMS reporting to ensure 100% completion.
- Regularly attend Team, leadership, and curriculum meetings.
- Ongoing self and professional development to remain up to date on current technology and processes.
What you need to be successful:
- Pharmacy Technician License Certification as required by your State.
- Prior Experience as a Subject Matter Expert or Lead Technician within Freedom Fertility preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Freedom Fertility policies, procedures and practices preferred.
- Experience with delivering virtual /classroom training content preferred.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and providing feedback preferred.
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal/relationship building skills required.
- Experience creating content within Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
- Experience utilizing OneNote, Webex Training and Webex Messenger.
- High level of organization and time management.
- Ability to plan for and Adapt to a changing environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams/departments to research and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to work a flexible work schedule.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 24 - 36 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
