Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for external partners, including TPAs, healthcare providers, and regulatory stakeholders.

  • Support relationship-building initiatives and ensure timely responses to Dhamani team queries or requests.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting required data and reports to FSA in related to Dhamani daily/monthly/yearly reports.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in regulatory member data submissions..

  • Monitor and flag any data discrepancies, coordinating resolution with related to any member missing information rejection reports.

  • Receive, document, and resolve member and partner complaints.

  • Ensure all complaints are addressed in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Coordinate with the internal complaints unit and the FSA to ensure proper closure of complaints.

  • Support local data management in line with our data localization roadmap and regulatory expectations.

  • Manage access to locally stored documents and reports for audits or inspection visits.

  • Serve as Cigna’s official representative in Dhamani-related meetings.

  • Attend working groups, regulatory update sessions, and coordination discussions with Dhamani’s teams.

  • Ensure access to Oman policies, claims, complaints, commissions paid, etc., for regulatory audit purposes.

  • Maintain readiness for regulatory audits by ensuring data is available and easily accessible from the branch.

  • Oversee the renewal of official licenses and government certificates.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the regulatory, operational, and customer service functions of the organization.
