As a Pharmacy Technician on our team you will be a part of a passionate team of pharmacy technicians focusing on fulfillment and order accuracy.
This is an onsite postion. The work schedule is: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
What you will do:
Fulfillment of orders/shipments and/or any other fulfillment tasks.
Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
Provide technical assistance and prescription order resolution to team members when needed.
Maintain pharmacy inventory.
What you’ll need:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years Data Entry or equivalent work experience
Alabama Pharmacy Technician License required.
Retail pharmacy and previous leadership exposure preferred
Basic Math skills and Strong experience with MS Office, especially with Excel
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to diagnose a situation and make recommendations on how to correct
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to self-direct, multi-task, be accountable, approachable, and organized
Physical Requirements:
Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.
