What you’ll be working on
Join the dynamic EviCore inQbator team, where you’ll have the opportunity to leverage state-of-the-art EMR connectivity to improve healthcare. Our focus is on tackling challenges in the realm of prior authorization. This role is to lead EviCore’s EMR health plan connectivity team that is focused on making utilization management seamless for the providers and patients we work with.
As a Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop, operationalize, and scale solutions that enable faster patient care by connecting provider EMRs to EviCore
- Lead and energize team members through scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups and backlog grooming, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Collaborate with the product team to uncover business needs, design targeted experiments, and validate potential solutions or features, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders
- Partner with EviCore clients, technology and business teams to outline business workflows and client specifications
- Make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of countless individuals by solving problems that truly matter and transform the healthcare landscape
What You Should Have
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field, with a Master's degree / MBA being a valuable asset
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role such as product management, project management, or project lead, highlighting your ability to guide and inspire teams
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating complex concepts in both written and verbal forms, and engaging with diverse audiences
- Possess a keen interest in honing your leadership skills, striving for continuous growth and development
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to embracing agile philosophies in a lean product development environment
- Experience with the following subjects would be helpful in this role (FHIR, EMR connectivity, Healthcare Utilization Management, Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing)
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
