We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Tech & Net Build Lead Specialist - C13 based in Mumbai, India. The Tech & Net Build Sr Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
Overall end to end responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, implementation, monitoring and completion of technical integration solutions. Responsible for coordinating internet development initiatives. Applies understanding of high-volume self-service internet applications in the financial industry and associated multi-disciplinary domain knowledge (customer service, operations and marketing) to drive continual improvement in deployment processes.
Proactively assesses appropriate solutions and manages risks. Ensures timely escalation and mitigation of risks to avoid impact to project delivery.
Interfaces with clients, business partners, vendors and any other stakeholders driving internet initiatives. Communicates progress to management.
Ensures the best client implementation experience in all host to host projects by organizing all internal and external project related activities for a timely and smooth delivery. Resolves client concerns and escalates as appropriate.
Able to prioritize multiple projects, closely monitors progress and follows up accordingly. Leverages metrics to evaluate performance and find optimization opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience
Technology or application/ systems experience. Results orientation – evidence of proactively driving projects to conclusion. Effective communication skills. Organizational and planning skills. Negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment. Flexibility – ability to manage a varying workload (ie, volume, complexity and composition). Ability to manage complex integration solutions, working alongside Technical and Technology teams. Good work ethic – willingness to take a “hands on” approach to ensuring all elements of the solution are delivered as specified. Attention to detail and experience of working in a controlled environment
Education:
Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Develop and lead the extended team of offshore Regional Technical Implementation managers with the ability to lead and motivate the team towards organizational goals that support the larger business strategy, driving changes in behaviors and processes in team as necessary in support of these aspirations.
Data-driven decision making skills to optimize team capacity, drive KPIs & support OKRs, identify opportunities for enhancing processes and client experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to perform tailored communication to a wide spectrum of audience, ranging from project members to senior decision makers both internally and externally, with the appropriate depth and detail. Serve as escalation point for the team for their integration projects with these internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated hands-on transaction banking product and industry knowledge with good understanding of various client integration capabilities, opportunities and the business lines enabled through them. Bringing this value-added perspectives and client lens in all interactions with close partners in Sales, Product, Technology and Onboarding Readiness, contributing to the development of new technical integration capabilities and associated commercialization plan.
