Business Architecture (BA) is an organization responsible for the governance of Business Processes and the applications that support those Processes across Citi.
Process Simplification team within BA partners with business lines and functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes requirements of how we govern Citi’s Processes consistently based on agreed frameworks.
Program Management Senior Analyst - Process Governance Taxonomy is a key role to drive the design, assessment, and communication of the enterprise-wide Process Taxonomy, ensuring adherence to Business Architecture Policy, Standards, and Process Taxonomy Principles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills to effectively negotiate with Business and Function stakeholders, guide and influence decisions, and drive consensus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Enterprise-wide Process Taxonomy Lead in design and assessment adherence to Business Architecture Policy, Standards, and Principles.
- Maintain and implement Process Taxonomy Operating Models, including associated work procedures, and controls
- Facilitates the execution of Taxonomy Design Forum with Business and Functions, negotiate the design issues, providing recommendations and paths for disposition
- Serves as the central point of contact for Business and Function on communications and deliverables related to Process Taxonomy Change Request Assessments.
- Ability to communicate progress, status and highlight issues at various levels of the organization and in a timely basis
- Supports the planning, direction, and coordination of day-to-day program or portfolio activities.
- Drives simplification and efficiency of the Process Taxonomy Management workflow, including provide and implement change requirements for tooling automation and related testing.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with Business and Function stakeholders.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills, including the ability to synthesize key messages.
- Excellent presentation skills and Power Point use.
- Excellent analytical skills including Excel use.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to set high standards of deliverables. Highly developed
- attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior working experience across multiple banking sectors is an asset.
Education:
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
