The General Services Specialist is an intermediate-level professional responsible for ensuring proper execution of various routine operations tasks, in coordination with the Business Operations Support Services function.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, particularly concerning mailroom activities, records management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Mailroom and Document Management:
Collect and distribute incoming mail daily from the General Post Office and various courier companies.
Process and dispatch outgoing mail, via the Post Office.
Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters and photocopying machines.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring internal systems are updated promptly.

Financial and Invoice Support:
Prepare and process business travel invoices and employee reimbursement records.
Process franchise invoices for timely payment processing.

Office Supplies and Inventory:
Order and manage office stationery supplies, ensuring timely internal distribution.
Order, track, and maintain inventory for pantry supplies.

Vendor Coordination and General Administrative Support:
Coordinate service and repair requests with external vendors.
Execute other ad-hoc clerical and administrative duties as required to support office functions.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
Advanced computer skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
University diploma or equivalent
