The Product Perf Mngmt Sr Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with more senior team members to deliver across product disciplines, assist in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance and works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Applies disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function
  • Integrates industry knowledge and research within a defined area and requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business
  • Evaluates variable issues that impact team performance
  • Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
  • Assists in the implementation of performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions
  • Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
  • Participates in ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
  • Understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions preferred
  • Applies judgment to solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
  • Uses quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
  • Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations
  • Diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
  • Demonstrates confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Creación de presentaciones ejecutivas, visuales, claras y orientadas a toma de decisiones para audiencias de nivel Director.
  • Project Management de iniciativas con equipos Cross Functional (producto, riesgo, IT, finanzas, operaciones, marketing, canales, compliance).
  • Construcción de casos de negocio y justificar iniciativas con KPIs financieros y operativos.
  • Creación de campañas de adquisición, activación, engagement y estrategias de retención.
  • Seguimiento a Customer Experience; mapeo de journeys, NPS, pain points y diseño de mejoras.
  • Proponer mejoras a procesos, eficiencias económicas, nuevos productos e innovación aplicada a Tarjetas de Crédito.

REQUERIMIENTOS

• Experiencia liderando proyectos complejos con equipos cross-functional (producto, riesgo, IT, finanzas, operaciones, marketing, canales, compliance).

• Dominio avanzado en la creación de presentaciones ejecutivas, visuales, claras y orientadas a toma de decisiones para audiencias de nivel Director.

• Habilidades avanzadas de análisis con uso profesional de Excel (tablas dinámicas, modelos financieros, proyecciones, sensibilidad, dashboards básicos).

• Conocimiento sólido de P&L y su aplicación en el negocio de tarjetas de crédito (márgenes, riesgo, fondeo, costos operativos, ingresos transaccionales/crediticios).

• Experiencia en marketing: campañas de adquisición, activación, engagement y estrategias de retención.

• Experiencia en Customer/Client Experience: mapeo de journeys, NPS, pain points y diseño de mejoras.

• Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al negocio.

• Deseable Inglés avanzado (C1): comunicación verbal y escrita fluida para presentaciones, análisis, documentos ejecutivos y relación con equipos globales.

• Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de productos de tarjetas de crédito, especialmente en segmento masivo.

• Entendimiento de innovación en medios de pago: tokenización, CVV digital, wallets, contactless, APIs, decisioning, modelos de riesgo.

• Capacidad para construir casos de negocio y justificar iniciativas con KPIs financieros y operativos.
