We are looking for a leader who is more than just an analytics expert. We need a strategic partner who embodies four key roles in one:

• A Trusted Partner to our most senior onshore leaders.
• An Ironclad Delivery Manager who ensures quality and timeliness.
• A Dedicated People Mentor who builds and nurtures talent.
• An Analytics & AI Transformation Leader who pioneers what's next.

Your mission is to leverage these four strengths to turn our wealth data into a strategic asset that drives growth and guides CEO-level decisions.

How You'll Lead and Make an Impact:

We don't just want to see you manage projects; we want to see how you lead through them.

1. As a Trusted Partner to Senior Leadership: You will build and own the relationship with our most critical onshore business partners.

• You'll Own the Wealth Management Team Narrative: You won't just produce the CEO's weekly performance dashboards; you will own the story they tell, providing the critical insights that shape executive-level conversations.
• You'll Be the Analytics Consultant: You will serve as the primary analytics advisor for our US-based stakeholders, managing their visits, understanding their business, and translating their strategic goals into your team's roadmap.

2. As a Transformation Leader: You will be the engine driving our analytics capabilities into the future.

• You'll Pioneer "Next Best Action": You will lead the charge to create a "Next Best Action" intelligence program, moving us from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven client engagement that grows Net New Assets.
• You'll Build What's Next: You will spearhead the creation of new, high-impact analytical products, like new Product Performance Dashboards, Potential Client Activation campaigns etc..

3. As an Ironclad Delivery Manager: You are the guarantor of our team's reputation for excellence.

• You'll Ensure Flawless Execution: You will oversee your team's delivery, ensuring every output is timely, accurate, and adheres to our rigorous management control and quality standards. Your reliability will be the foundation of our business partners' trust.

4. As a Dedicated People Mentor: You will build the next generation of analytics talent at Citi.

• You'll Develop Your Team: You will lead and nurture a team of eight professionals, focusing on their career growth, skill development, and fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence. Your success is measured by their success.

You Are the Leader We're Looking For If:

• You have 12-15 years in analytics, with deep expertise of 2-5 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investments.
• You are a proven leader with at least 5 years of experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• You excel at managing relationships with senior, international stakeholders and are seen as a credible, trusted advisor.
• You are a master storyteller with data, using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Your technical depth is solid—with flawless SQL and hands-on experience in Python or R.
• You have a maniacal focus on delivery, quality, and results, and you inspire the same in your team.
