Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Drive the strategic definition and achievement of ambitious business objectives, owning the P&L for your portfolio and consistently delivering significant sales and revenue growth.
Visionary Strategy Formulation: Shape and evolve comprehensive business strategies, leveraging deep market insights, technological foresight, and profound customer understanding to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in digital wealth.
End-to-End Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of large-scale strategic initiatives, fostering alignment and securing critical buy-in across diverse external partners and senior internal stakeholders.
Investment Portfolio & Digital Wealth Growth: Orchestrate sophisticated portfolio management strategies and innovative promotional frameworks to significantly deepen investment penetration and accelerate digital wealth revenue and net new investment asset.
Sales Enablement & Empowerment: Empower and enable high-performing sales organizations through the development and deployment of advanced sales enablement tools, comprehensive training programs, and strategic support to maximize campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
Digital Client Journey Transformation: Champion the continuous evolution of the client's digital journey, setting a compelling vision for exceptional customer experiences that drive product adoption, cross-selling synergies, and operational efficiencies across all digital platforms.
Market & Client Proximity: Cultivate a culture of continuous market and client proximity, leading the strategic development, launch, and scaling of innovative products, digital capabilities, and high-impact marketing programs.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, collaborating closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure all digital sales processes adhere to stringent internal policies and evolving external regulatory standards.
Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize high-volume sales, service, and operational functions, instilling a culture of excellence, efficiency, and unwavering compliance with all institutional policies and regulatory mandates.
Next-Generation Digital Capabilities: Act as a visionary leader, leveraging deep data analytics and market intelligence to generate groundbreaking business insights that inform and accelerate the development of next-generation digital capabilities.
Qualifications
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in investment product management, digital wealth management, or related financial services roles, with a demonstrable track record of driving significant business growth and transformation.
Business Acumen: Exceptional investment business acumen, marked by a proactive and entrepreneurial drive to identify, pursue, and realize substantial opportunities for market expansion and revenue generation.
Leadership & Influence: Superior leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage high-performing teams, inspire cross-functional collaboration, and influence diverse stakeholders (internal and external) towards shared strategic objectives.
Strategic & Analytical Prowess: Possesses world-class strategic and analytical capabilities, adept at distilling complex data into actionable insights, formulating innovative, data-driven proposals, and demonstrating extreme agility in navigating dynamic market landscapes, technological shifts, and regulatory changes.
Operational & Program Management Excellence: A relentless commitment to operational excellence, ensuring meticulous attention to detail while driving large-scale strategic initiatives through advanced agile methodologies and robust program management.
Forward-Thinking & Agile Execution: Demonstrates visionary foresight, consistently anticipating market trends and competitive dynamics, coupled with an unwavering focus on organizational productivity and the ability to execute complex strategies with speed and precision.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
