The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services for the employee offboarding process. This includes, but is not limited to, record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of exit-related records, system access de-provisioning in coordination with the Operations - Offboarding Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 serves as a liaison between the offboarding team, HR partners, managers, and departing employees. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient exit process for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of offboarding processes, systems, and employee communications (e.g., exit letters, benefits information, final pay notices).
  • Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to ensure all offboarding activities and documentation meet regulatory and business requirements.
  • Fulfilling the necessities of departing employees while providing an exceptional and supportive exit experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and will be measured by specific metrics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable labor laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Management of RMS (Reduction Management System) models' creation and actualization.

Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience in HR, operations, or employee offboarding is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • General knowledge of HR processes, particularly employee exit procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in the use of Workday.
  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on sensitivity and professionalism.
