The TTS Financial Institutions (FI) Sales Head for Mexico will be responsible for leading sales origination, pipeline development, client revenue growth, and retention across all Financial Institution segments, including banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers, and fintechs. This critical leadership role requires robust collaboration and partnership with the Banking FI Group, TTS Product Partners, and relevant global sector heads to drive significant growth and achieve strategic objectives within Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive TTS FI Sales revenue growth for clients and their subsidiaries located in Mexico, spanning banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers, and fintechs.

Define, establish, and oversee the TTS Financial Institutions Sales goals and strategic objectives for the Mexico business.

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with Banking and other internal stakeholders within Mexico and across the region. Maintain close communication with Global and Regional Industry Heads, In-Country Service Head.

Act as the senior TTS Financial Institutions point person for Mexico, leading all sector-assigned clients within the country and serving as the primary escalation point for all relevant issues within this client portfolio.

Provide direct senior coverage and strategic relationship management to a selected group of key Financial Institution clients.

Implement and champion the TTS Sales model, fostering strong customer-centric relationships, ensuring an optimal Client Experience, and consistently meeting robust origination, pipeline, and revenue growth targets.

Actively support inbound and outbound opportunities for the Financial Institutions sector, especially for Mexico-parented customers expanding regionally and internationally.

Drive rigorous TTS Sales processes and disciplines, including comprehensive customer needs analysis, budgeting, wallet sizing, account planning, and relationship reviews.

Protect the Franchise and the Financial Institutions business in Mexico from AML/Compliance and all other pertinent regulatory risks.

Work collaboratively with partners in Client Operations, Client Experience Management Group, Implementation, Technology, Product, and Market Management to contribute towards superior Voice of the Client results.

Drive measurable Financial Institutions Sector Results in Mexico based on key performance indicators such as Revenue, Pipeline, and Wins, while ensuring adequate calling intensity and client engagement.

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum of 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience.

Preferred relevant experience managing the Financial Institutions sector.

Proven track record in the sale of cash management and trade solutions.

Managed large client relationships from a banking or product perspective.

Strong and demonstrated TTS product knowledge.

Strong and demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others' performance, especially in managing a diverse team on a matrix basis.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products.

Advanced marketing and selling skills with a client central focus.

Entrepreneurial approach.

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Persuasive and articulate personality.

Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients; ability to manage in a matrix environment.

Good team skills.

Demonstrated organizational & planning skills.

Ability to manage & synthesize many pieces of solution/technical data into a single, flowing solution within tight timelines.

Recognized for strong execution skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree.

Master’s degree preferred.
