The Transaction Svs Rep 5 is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to processing and reconciling personal customer transfer transactions, follow to ensure every transfer is accurate, efficient, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Process personal customer transfers in a timely manner per operating manuals and authorized limits. Manually review and correct abnormal transactions such as returns, pending postings, or incorrect information, and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Compliance Sanction Transaction Screening, identify and escalate matches or high‑risk alerts, and document actions taken in accordance with anti‑money laundering and sanctions polices.
• Assist the team in system upgrade or transformation when required. Experience with RPA, AI (e.g., automation, data analysis tools) is a strong plus.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a related role
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
• Demonstrates a good knowledge of Bank related systems

Education:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
