We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President- Workflow Automation Specialist – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Program Management Ld. Analyst - C13) based in Mumbai, India. This specific role will be part of the Marketing Technology and Delivery Team and is for the team’s Aprimo Product Owner position. The objective of the role is to drive significant transformation of the Aprimo Marketing Portal tool to enable the future of our MarTech stack. This role encompasses a diverse set of stakeholders and activities. The objective of the MT&D Product Owner is to understand problem areas, work with Business users and Technology to develop solutions, develop and prioritize a Product Roadmap, manage and coordinate Technology delivery, and continuously support Aprimo users. The Aprimo Product Owner is responsible for driving the on-time, complete delivery of all regulatory commitments associated with the book of work.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Define multi-year product map for the Aprimo Marketing Portal application, including critical integrations with other applications within the MarTech stack.
Drive execution of the transformation book of work efforts within the Aprimo Marketing Portal program in partnership with team members and other transformation teams across the bank and across geographies for timely and effective outcomes that meet the firm’s expectations
Creation of detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout of these solutions, in the context of an overall consistent global platform
Work closely with the businesses, technology and external partners to define and translate business/policy driven needs into tangible application and operational requirements
Implement and improve regulatory controls to enhance integrity of key management reporting working with Marketing campaign execution.
Ensure teams understand business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps
Alongside team members, stakeholders, and other transformation teams, assess and escalate program dependencies, risks and issues, and drive decisions that move the book of work forward
Provide project management support to manage, track and drive the program lifecycle with timely and effective outcomes against regulatory and firm expectations
Problem solving approach and ability to work well under pressure and with changing priorities
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
6-10 years of financial services implementation experience or related technology experience
Understanding of variety of marketing campaign execution activities (Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance)
Strong ability in interacting with and collaborating with senior business stakeholders
Capable of prioritizing competing initiatives and defining a vision in a dynamic environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive; Strong Business Writing skills are essential
Proficiency in Aprimo or comparable workflow tool is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
