The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) solutions in coordination with the Technology and Business teams. The role focuses on leading complex application development, system analysis, and programming activities with a strong emphasis on ORMB capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), providing deep functional and technical expertise across billing, pricing, collections, payments, and revenue management processes.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable ORMB-based solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Lead system enhancements, product integrations, and process improvements within the ORMB platform, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Resolve complex, high-impact issues through detailed analysis of business processes, ORMB configurations, and system workflows.
  • Utilize strong SQL expertise to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and performance tuning across large datasets.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for ORMB development, including configuration, customization (Java/plug-ins), coding standards, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive solution design reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards and optimal system performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how ORMB integrates with enterprise systems such as financials, customer portals, and data platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and analysts; allocate and oversee work across project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards while maintaining data integrity and system controls.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in application development, with strong focus on ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management & Billing) implementations and support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of ORMB modules including billing, pricing, collections, and financial processing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in ORMB configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing system enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data models, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities; ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Master’s degree preferred
