Banamex Analista de Soluciones de Aprendizaje Digital

We are looking for a Digital Learning Experience & Operations Specialist to join our team. This strategic role is designed for a professional who will manage, optimize and scale our digital learning ecosystem while driving operational excellence on a global scale.
This position bridges technical platform management with learning strategy, requiring an organized, innovative, and results – oriented professional.
Responsibilities:
- LMS Operations & Management: Lead the administration, maintenance, and day to day operations of our e – learning platforms.
- Learning Experience Design (LXD): Shape and align cohesive learning journeys that support business performance and continuous professional development.
- Internal Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, providing high – quality advisory and support for the department training requests.
- Global collaboration: Partner and sync with global stakeholders across global teams to align learning initiatives.
- Content Curation & Structure: Conceptualize and structure modern training (advanced multimedia development skills are not required, but a strong grasp of instructional methodology is essential).
- Training facilitation: Deliver foundational and core training sessions, ensuring an engaging and impactful experience for internal audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Administration or a related field.
- Platform & Tech Experience: Proven track record in E – learning platform administration and digital training tools (Workday learning is highly preferred)
- Instructional & learning Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of learning Experience Design, content curation and modern corporate learning tends.
- Bussiness Acumen & Stakeholder relations: Ability to interact with internal clients, understand their operational needs, and translate them into actionable training proposals.
- Language skills: Intermediate English Proficiency (B2 level), Confident professional communication skills to actively participate in global business meetings and collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a proactive, customer – centric approach.
- Industry Experience : Prior experience within the banking or financial sector is highly desirable.
- 0-4 years experience in similar roles operating LMS (experience with Workday Learning would be ideal)

En Banamex buscamos un (a) Especialista de Aprendizaje Digital y LMS que se integre al equipo de Learning para apoyar una de las iniciativas más relevantes de transformación y evolución de nuestras plataformas de aprendizaje rumbo a 2027.
Esta posición participará activamente en la migración, administración y optimización de herramientas de aprendizaje digital, colaborando con distintos stakeholders para garantizar una experiencia de capacitación moderna, eficiente y alineada a las necesidades del negocio.
Buscamos una persona analítica, organizada y orientada a resultados, con interés en la gestión de datos, evaluación de procesos y mejora continua de soluciones de aprendizaje.
Principales responsabilidades
* Apoyar en la administración y evolución de plataformas LMS y herramientas de aprendizaje digital.
* Participar en proyectos de transformación y migración tecnológica relacionados con Learning.
* Analizar métricas, indicadores y datos para generar recomendaciones de mejora.
* Colaborar con diferentes áreas del negocio para identificar necesidades de capacitación.
* Dar seguimiento a iniciativas de aprendizaje y adopción de plataformas digitales.
* Contribuir a la mejora de la experiencia de aprendizaje de nuestros colaboradores.
Perfil que buscamos
* Licenciatura concluida.
* Experiencia de 2 años en adelante en Learning, Capacitación, LMS o áreas afines.
* Inglés intermedio.
* Conocimiento en plataformas LMS.
* Conocimiento deseable en Workday Learning.
* Excel intermedio.
* Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de desarrollo de contenidos de capacitación.
