Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Customer Service & Sales Advocate by managing inbound client calls and written communications, delivering timely and accurate resolutions to a wide range of service inquiries.
  • Evaluate client financial needs during each interaction to identify and recommend suitable Citi products and solutions that add genuine value.
  • Communicate the benefits and features of Citi products clearly and confidently, helping clients make informed financial decisions.
  • Meet individual performance targets monthly, supporting overall business performance goals.
  • Apply sound judgment when accessing risk, ensuring all actions adhere to regulatory and ethical standards to protect client and company integrity and Citi’s reputation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or service-oriented role.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
  • Comfortable offering and presenting products and solutions by identifying clients’ needs in a fast-paced, sales environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
