- Governance, Controls & Compliance: Ensure all data movement, onboarding, and activation activities comply with Citi's data governance policies, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards. Establish, maintain, and monitor operational controls related to data integrations and distribution processes. Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews by providing process documentation and evidence of controls.
- Operational Support & Maintenance: Perform ongoing maintenance activities related to data feeds, platform integrations, and audience delivery processes. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate remediation efforts with cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Documentation & Process Management: Create and maintain data flow diagrams, technical specifications, operational procedures, and governance documentation. Ensure documentation accurately reflects system architecture, integration points, controls, and business requirements. Maintain inventories of data assets, processes, and control frameworks supporting marketing activation.

Act as a subject matter resource for marketing data architecture, integrations, and audience data management practices. Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
