Strategy & Executive Enablement Analyst (1-3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Support

• Support the team's strategic planning process by assisting in the tracking and execution of key business priorities.
• Ability to understand business objectives, financial metrics, SMART goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor progress against team goals and key metrics.

Information Interpretation, Visualization & Executive-ready Presentation

• Gather, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through information analysis and provide actionable next steps.
• Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership reviews and meetings.
• Assist in creating data visualizations and performance summaries to communicate findings effectively.

Operational Coordination

• Track strategic projects, milestones, and deliverables to support timely execution.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance updates for stakeholders.
• Partner with business teams to gather information, resolve dependencies, and support initiative execution.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify reporting and workflows.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Explore and leverage AI-powered tools and new data sources to improve productivity and analytical effectiveness.
• Support automation, reporting enhancements, and best-practice adoption across the team.
• Stay informed on business trends and share insights that may help improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Strategy, Analytics, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Advanced Prompt Engineering and AI assistant tools to improve productivity, research, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
