The Vice President – Forms Governance Business Lead Analyst for Wealth business is a senior-level individual contributor and subject matter expert (SME) responsible for leading, designing, and executing the Forms Governance framework across the North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM) regions.
In this highly strategic role, you will act as the primary authority on document governance, partnering with senior business leaders, compliance, legal, and technology teams to ensure the integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of the Bank’s client-facing and internal document inventories. While this is an individual contributor role (non-people manager), it requires exceptional leadership, influence, and project management capabilities to drive regional standardization, digital transformation, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Governance & Framework Ownership
Framework Design & Oversight
- Establish, refine, and oversee the regional Forms Governance framework.
- Ensure all client-facing and internal documents comply with:
- Global policies
- Local regulatory requirements
- Corporate branding standards
Inventory Lifecycle Management
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Bank's document inventory across NAM and LATAM.
- Implement rigorous periodic review and maintenance processes.
- Manage complex, high-priority, and time-sensitive ad hoc document requests.
2. Stakeholder Advisory & Relationship Management
Strategic Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Requestors and Product Owners.
- Translate complex business requirements into:
- Streamlined document solutions
- Compliant processes
- Client-centric documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Legal
- Compliance

Consensus Building
- Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

3. Process Transformation & Technology Integration
Digital Enablement

- Advance digital document capabilities

Qualifications & Experience
Education

- Bachelor's degree in:

Professional Experience

- Typically 7-10 years of progressive experience in:
- Forms Governance

- Experience within a global financial institution or highly regulated industry strongly preferred.

- Experience with NAM and LATAM regulatory environments is highly desirable.
