  • Contribute to various transformation execution processes (e.g., scoping, program enhancements, closure) as required and resolve program risks that could impact delivery.
  • Adhere to program processes, standards and procedures related to the transformation and implement requisite controls in support of program and change management.
  • Embed Citi’s risk culture and transformation and contribute to employee engagement. Be capable of doing so as an individual contributor or manager of others.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with roughly 5 years as a manager of others

  • Adept at building relationships with key stakeholders, influencing to drive change, working collaboratively across the organization to remove ‘execution friction’
  • Understanding of banking regulations regarding key risk management and control framework concepts and of regulatory communication expectations
  • Prior experience in regulatory affairs, consulting or a risk management discipline (e.g., enterprise risk, operational risk, credit risk) and a quick study that can learn independently
