Team/Role Overview

Joining the Global Talent Attraction team, the Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Citi’s recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the development of targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance Citi’s employer brand, engage prospective candidates, and drive qualified applications for priority roles.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the planning of campaigns targeting a wide range of talent segments globally.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and stakeholders to identify key hiring priorities and align campaigns with specific job requisitions and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal Talent Attraction teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Support the creation of engaging content and ad copy, working with the design team to ensure consistent branding and message alignment that resonates with candidate personas.
• Assist in compiling reports for key stakeholders on campaign outcomes
• Work closely with the wider TA and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on broader Citi recruitment priorities and diversity goals.
• Analyse recruitment trends in the external market including competitor analysis and candidate behavior insights.
• Organise and prioritise multiple campaigns and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaign elements are effectively coordinated.
• Maintain clear documentation of campaign details including performance data, creative assets and key learnings for future reference.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in digital marketing, ideally within recruitment marketing.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
