Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance
• BS Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural) or other related field from an accredited university
• Current International Facility Management Association (IFMA) certification
• Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum twelve (12) years proven project management professional expertise and qin management -level positions of responsibility and complexity of similar scope

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, higher education, federal, automotive, real estate and/or other market sectors.
• Experience managing individuals or a team is a plus.
• PMP training certification preferred but not required.
