Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager – Experienced Recruiting is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of global experienced hiring across half of our corporate business (three departments) and four recruiting pillars, supporting roles from Senior Analyst through Principal level. Partnering closely with another senior manager, this leader will share ownership of our experienced hiring portfolio and ensure cohesive strategy, consistent processes, and an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring partners.

This individual plays a strategic and hands-on role in designing recruiting strategies, building robust pipelines, and ensuring high-quality, equitable hiring outcomes. As a trusted business partner to department leaders and People Strategy colleagues, this Senior Manager will influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and strong market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of experienced recruiting within assigned consulting pillars.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of experienced recruiting within assigned corporate departments.
  • Partner closely with TA Senior Manager, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, and People Strategy Leadership to drive consistent, scalable processes across all corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies that ensure diverse, top-caliber talent pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our firm’s brand and values.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring leaders to deeply understand business needs and influence hiring decisions.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular insights and reports to leadership teams, highlighting pipeline health, conversion trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Serve as a key data and market insights resource, sharing competitive intelligence, industry developments, and peer benchmarking.
  • Partner with People Strategy Leadership to identify challenges, propose solutions, and continuously enhance the candidate and manager experience.
  • Coach and develop junior recruiting team members, instilling best practices and operational excellence.
  • Manage agency relationships and vendor partners where needed to broaden candidate reach.
  • Collaborate with peers across the People Strategy and Corporate teams to align on talent priorities, diversity goals, and brand initiatives.

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage analytics to shape recruiting strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, DE&I metrics).
  • Use data to inform recommendations for improving recruiting operations and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to align hiring approach with long-term workforce planning and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting for professional services, ideally consulting industry, with a focus on experienced hires.
  • Demonstrated success leading search execution.
  • Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and geographies in a matrixed, global firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
  • Skilled communicator with polished interpersonal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of equitable assessment practices and commitment to DE&I hiring strategies.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preference for our Boston or NY offices in a hybrid role (40% in office); open to remote for the right candidate

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
