About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Excellence Manager (Cover) to support and execute our global commercial performance. In this role, you will help maintain momentum across key initiatives, ensure smooth operations, and collaborate closely with teams across markets and business units.
You will work alongside the other Commercial Excellence and Sales Excellence managers to strengthen our commercial capabilities, optimize sales processes, and support our sales organization with the tools, insights, and training needed to succeed. You will play a central role in ensuring continuity during the cover period while contributing to the ongoing development of our commercial excellence roadmap. The Commercial Excellence team sits within our ambitious Commercial Development department, which drives strategic projects and supports our Commercial Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading our Annual Business Planning (ABP) Process
• Support the execution of the Commercial Excellence strategy across markets and business units
• Maintain and update KPIs and performance dashboards to track success and identify improvement areas
• Continuously follow-up on selected performance measures – working in-depth with our S&T including the Win/Grow/Maintain model ensuring a clear direction setting, while also gathering inputs from the markets to continuously improve
• Be a trusted partner for our sales organization – listening and responding to their needs so that we can support them on the Impact4 execution
• Collaborate closely with the Business Areas (BAs) acting as a sparring partner and ensuring seamless flows
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience with Commercial Excellence is a great plus – especially from being in a market
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Master’s Degree within business, finance, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Expected travel is approximately 15-25 days annually. As the role is a cover, it is time limited to 12 months.
