The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. We are seeking an inspiring and mission-driven Senior Nurse Manager to lead and elevate our team of nurses and clinical support professionals. This leader will play a pivotal role in advancing CUFC’s vision: to deliver world-class fertility care, drive innovation in women’s health, and foster a culture grounded in compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Empowerment

  • Supervise and support CUFC’s nursing and clinical support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, empathy, and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.

Clinical & Operational Integration

  • Provide hands-on clinical care and coverage as needed, including weekends and holidays.
  • Lead staffing efforts including scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Serve as a mentor and clinical resource, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
  • Coordinate nursing and clinical practices and protocols across CUFC’s satellite locations to ensure consistency, quality, and seamless patient care.

Quality Improvement & Compliance

  • Design and oversee a robust quality improvement program.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and safety metrics to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards (AAAASF, NYS, OSHA, ASRM, SART).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and medication safety protocols.
  • Assist with preparation, documentation, and follow-up for regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance-related reporting across all CUFC locations.

Patient Advocacy

  • Address patient concerns with empathy and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and thoughtful service recovery.
  • Champion a patient-first culture to sustain high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Represent CUFC on internal and external committees and workgroups.
  • Support research initiatives through coordination and oversight, as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience required, plus five years of related experience.
  • Active NYS RN license required.
  • At least 3 years in a clinical leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, navigate complex decisions, and problem-solve with integrity and clarity.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF nursing.
  • A background in reproductive endocrinology or women’s health is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
  • Passion for advancing reproductive medicine and women’s health through innovation.
