Position Overview

As the Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics, reporting to the Manager Advanced Analytics, you will assist in the delivery of consumer, category, competitive, customer and trend analytics to influence important business decisions impacting business unit sales, forecasting accuracy and profitability. You will provide insight and analytics support to brand, finance, and sales management to help impact business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the creation and iteration of analyses, reports, insights, and dashboards to key stakeholders both across the organization as well as external customers

• Support the broader Demand Forecasting team with complex data requests and analytics projects

• Create complex reports, analyses, and dashboards for stakeholders

• Help drive business integration of analytics tools and analyses

• Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders In Brand, Finance, and Sales

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in an Insights or Analytics function, CPG experience preferred

• Experience in delivering actionable business recommendations and working with cross-functional partners

• Proven track record of learning modern analytics tools, technologies, and frameworks

• Familiarity with a variety of analytics models

• Knowledge of at least 1 advanced analytics tools/solutions (SQL, PowerBI, R, Python, Alteryx, etc.)

• Experience executing ad-hoc questions and analytics into top and bottom-line business impact

• Experience in using Retail Scanner and Shopper Panel Data (Circana, Nielsen IQ, Numerator, etc.)
