As a Project Analyst reporting to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at Conagra Brands, you will help bridge the gap between our business objectives and the technical capabilities of our project teams. We are implementing a multi-year manufacturing modernization program, Connected Shop Floor, that will provide tools and data to enable our manufacturing sites for delivering results faster. You will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring and reporting on project data to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

You Will:

• Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans to review with the CSF project team.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
• Report on project status to stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the CSF program team, program manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and effectiveness.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary materials are up to date and organized.
• Conduct financial reviews to track project budgets and report to broader team.
• Support the project team with ad-hoc analysis and problem solving as needed.
• Lead various program meetings and communicate any findings to the CSF program team
• Coordinate and facilitate program demos with the product owners and other key stakeholders.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or analysis
• Experience with JIRA – Agile is a plus
• Worked in a matrix environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• This position is Remote based with up to 10% travel for candidates living in Denver, CO and east locations and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport.

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $62,000.00 - $91,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
