We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to work with several cross-functional groups to deliver projects in hybrid fashion (Agile/Waterfall) to improve both the top and bottom lines for Conagra Brands. You will report to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. We are implementing a multi-year manufacturing modernization program, Connected Shop Floor, that will provide tools and data to enable our manufacturing sites to deliver results faster. You will be a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. You will apply Agile principles and practices within JIRA.

You will:

  • Support Conagra Business Strategy through delivering multiple waves of software & business process deployments to factories during Conagra's manufacturing modernization of Connected Shop Floor program.
  • Coach the team on the standardized practices established by the PMO, help identify MVPs and determine value.
  • Oversee/manage Agile teams within JIRA.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and end-to-end business initiatives including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly agile ceremonies efficiently and strictly.
  • Facilitate daily Agile team stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, planning & refinement meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues or impediments that the team may be experiencing
  • Ensure effective change management and risk management
  • Communicate project status, project risks and recovery plans.
  • Manage projects with the associated project management processes and tools; continuously improve process and tools.
  • Work with Finance and program team on project financials.
  • Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, Agile teams and product owners/managers
  • Communicate with upper management and stakeholders
  • Shape team behavior through excellent management via the Agile method
  • Other duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain
  • 7 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting large scale end to end supply chain planning transformations
  • Experience working in a supply chain function to deliver transformative solutions
  • Scrum Master Certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience with JIRA-Agile is a strong plus.
  • Excellent leadership examples
  • Project management skills within a matrix environment.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to explain intricate complicated concepts and ideas.
  • This position is Remote based with up to 10% travel for candidates living in Denver, CO and east locations and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport.

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $152,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
