Plant Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
Reporting to our Director of Human Resources at our Denver, CO manufacturing facility, local producers of Udi's products, you will manage human resources, employee relations and labor relations at our Conagra Brands Kent, Washington facility. You will be responsible for several areas of human resources such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. You will guide top management in the implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities. You will administer existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance.
How Will You Affect our Business?
- Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations
- Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase
- Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness processes programs
- Handle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, hiring and selection
- Lead in the implementation and auditing of procedures
- Analyze development needs. Lead the development and administration of training programs
- Manage regulatory compliance efforts.
- Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on implementation of action plans
- Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning
Do You Have What it Takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of supervisory, management or leading teams experience
- Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
- Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
- Project management experience
- Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS
- Experience developing relationships with internal customers, peers and manage those relationships.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
