Job Summary

You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager at our Birds Eye Foods plant in Darien, WI, you will develop implementation plans and standards for one or more critical improvement processes. You will partner with plant resources in the implementation of the improvement methodology. You will also provide training and qualify plant resources in their respective job.

You Will:

  • Implement OPL's, SET's, checklists, and playbooks into our training process
  • Implement and maintain a training library
  • 75% of daily work will be on the production floor directing and training our employees.
  • Participate in the implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
  • Support CPS activities to include: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD.
  • Identify “Best Practices” by helping implement OPL's, implement Checklists and Playbooks into the training process.
  • Ensure documentation of all training though computer-based systems: Alchemy.
  • Provide and react to metrics to assist plant operations in prioritizing training.
  • Work with other CSD teams in other plants and with the Corporate CSD/CPS Team.
  • Ensure that CSD metrics are updated monthly. Develop action plans for any metric gaps.

You Have

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline
  • 3+ years of previous experience in continuous improvement
  • Previous experience working in a Manufacturing setting
  • Previous Project management experience

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
