Plant Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join us at our Hagerstown, Maryland plant location, local producers of plant-based protein products such as Gardein.
Reporting to our Director of Human Resources, you will manage human resources and employee relations. You will be responsible for several areas of human resources such as safety, recruiting, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. You will guide management in the implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities. You will administer existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance.
What you'll do in this role:
Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations
Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase
Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness processes programs
Lead in the implementation and auditing of procedures
Analyze development needs. Lead the development and administration of training programs
Manage regulatory compliance efforts.
Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on implementation of action plans
Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning
Spend time on the plant floor engaging with employees, providing coaching, gathering real-time feedback, and promoting a productive work environment.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years professional experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
Experience coaching, mentoring, establishing accountability, and driving culture change
Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS
Experience developing relationships with internal customers, peers and manage those relationships

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
