As part of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, reporting to our Director of Trade Operations, you will support sales applications and reporting tools to meet the strategic trade promotion management requirements of our Customer Teams. You will represent Field Sales by ensuring existing system technologies are being used to increase sales, while identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work with Field Sales, IT, Customer Development and other support teams through projects and daily production support of trade systems and reporting.

Your Impact:

  • Be a liaison between field sales, sales support, and IT to increase the use of the trade systems needed to serve the business. This includes managing open issues with IT, conducting system-centric training, gathering requirements, assessing solution fit, and analyzing gaps and determining opportunities for automation.
  • Ensure data setup and ongoing maintenance to support trade planning needs. This includes managing new product introductions, discontinuations, acquisitions and divestitures and other special projects.
  • Provide ongoing support for project implementation through close partnership with IT
  • Trouble-shoot issues in our trade management and reporting solutions.
  • Create training resources catered to sales team use of the trade planning system
  • Implement dashboards and reporting to support sales goals and provide important volume and trade reporting

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years in CPG or similar industry with experience in project management, business process design optimization, operations, and systems implementations
  • Experience with SAP, CRM or other enterprise applications
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience analyzing data in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, PowerQuery)
  • Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, or similar tools

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
