Associate Maintenance Planner

Job Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all plant maintenance activities including the coordination of preventive, planned, and un-planned maintenance. You will process and prioritize work orders, examines and determines best approach for work order completion. Analyze all planned change parts and make recommendations for Preventative Maintenance changes. You will ensure functional standards are maintained between maintenance, accounting and production departments along with accountability of external vendors. Initiate requisitions for maintenance and indirect purchases. Act as a liaison between the production, engineering, and maintenance departments.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure parts inventory is adequate to support production/drumbeat activity and at the lowest possible level.
- Lead Pre and Post Drumbeat meetings as well as all Drumbeat activities.
- Oversee work order execution and prioritization, including task creation, backlog review, and development of standard templates for recurring jobs
- Maintain daily and weekly communication with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and share updates on planned and unplanned work
- Supervisor functions. (Weekend Rotation, Cover absences, First Hours and ensuring standard work process adherence)
- Add parts to tasks. (PM03 PM01).
- Ensure accurate tagging and assist with BDAR reviews and PM02 notifications
- Requisition parts and materials as needed for work order packages and non-stocked items.
- Create reports as needed
- Attend weekly departmental RR
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives focused on reliability and operational efficiency
- Reduce inventory through standardization – (excess inventory)
- Collaborate with planners and departments to update PMs and support cross-functional projects
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- SAP or CMMS experience
- Formal planner training or experience
- One to three years experience in maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
- Food manufacturing experience
- Background in Allen-Brady PLC's.
- Machine repair background.
- Computer skills, MS-Word, MS-Excel, and CAD.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and prioritize customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and solve complex problems

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
