Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Summary
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, at our Archbold, OH facility, local producers of La Choy, Vienna Sausage, Dennison's and Wolf Chili, you will coordinate Conagra Performance System (CPS) with Platform, Plant and CPS Leadership to drive sustainable results. You will collaborate with key leaders on pillar strategy, standard methods, assessment, and loss analytics, deploying tools to address inefficiencies. You will support training and continuous learning, help plants resolve implementation challenges, and promote best practices across the enterprise.
Position Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous improvement processes and metrics to eliminate losses, increase throughput, and meet CCR targets.
- Work with the Zero Loss Pillar to identify waste / variation and prioritize cost-reduction projects.
- Guide and develop AMD teams to apply standard practices, reapply improvements, and build internal capability to support operational reliability (OEE).
- Ensure documentation and ownership of AMD standards, and implement best practices across platforms and sites
- Provide leadership and coaching for AMD specialists necessary to help drive rapid results through AMD step progression and a variety of other improvement methods.
- Lead AMD pillar in alignment to all pillars (PM, FI, CSD, ZLA, EHS, QM, EM), and platform operations.
- Implement all Autonomous Maintenance best practices to ensure standardization and drive toward "zero loss culture".
- Champion a high-performance culture and act as a change agent for CI and glide path results
- Drive urgency and effective resourcing to achieve impactful results
- Provide direct oversight, administering discipline, and ensuring consistent application of procedures across their respective teams
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, BS degree preferred
- 2+ years of plant / operations experience required
- Proven record of driving improvement and solving problems.
- Demonstrated experience leading change and situational leadership
- Outstanding conceptual/process skills
- Clear ability to relate to and motivate people
- Good project management skills

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
