Senior Trade Reporting Analyst

- Serve as a liaison between field sales, sales finance, and IT while owning the reporting layer (Power BI). Translate business requirements into data models, SQL queries, and dashboards, partnering with IT on Databricks/SAP as you design and build reporting solutions.
- Design and maintain the data structures and logic that support trade planning and reporting.
- Provide ongoing support for project implementation through close partnership with IT.
- Troubleshoot issues across trade management and reporting solutions, including debugging Power BI data models and DAX, validating SQL queries against Databricks/SAP sources, and resolving data quality and performance issues.
- Create training resources and deliver sales-team-focused training on the sales reporting suite.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models that support sales goals, enabling self-service access to volume, spend, and trade performance insights for sales and sales finance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in CPG or similar industry with expertise in project management, business process design optimization, operations, and systems implementations.
- 2+ years of experience building end-to-end solutions in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and report design).
- Experience with SAP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
- Experience with project management.
- Strong experience analyzing data in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query) and shaping data for reporting.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
