Senior Business Service Analyst

Reporting to the GBS COE Manager, you will support the GBS organization by developing automated processes and implementing technology enhancements that replace manual work, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in our evolving environment.

- Build strong relationships with business partners and Information Technology teams.
- Demonstrate broad understanding of multiple technologies to develop solutions and summarize recommendations for leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor teammates delivering similar projects.
- Interpret data using multiple problem‑solving approaches and translate results into clear, actionable narratives.
- Identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Design reporting metrics and provide analysis that drives action and resolution.
- Participate in problem resolution that improves business processes.
- Support customer requests and partner across the company at all levels.
- Design business processes and recommend improvements.
- Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and address issues.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology‑related field.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership through driving organizational change.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to leadership.
- Experience working within an Agile methodology framework; Jira experience a plus.
- Skill in analyzing business requirements and integrating them into business intelligence processes.
- Technical skills aptitude that supports learning of advanced business processes, data models, and technology tools.
- Proficiency writing SQL queries for data analysis and business reporting.
- Hands‑on experience creating self‑service tools and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
- Exposure to ERP applications such as SAP R3, S4, BI, and Business Objects, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to cloud analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Fabric.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation software; UiPath preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
