Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will perform complex and interpretive financial analysis for the Foodservice platform. You will partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to provide insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support sound financial decisions and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and SOX.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the financial forecast in collaboration with Supply Chain partners, including plant finance, EP finance, and T&W finance.
- Coordinate timely variance to plan and variance to forecast reporting, and communicate insights to Operations and Supply Chain leadership.
- Translate manufacturing activity and costs into Brand profit and loss statements and communicate results to Brand Finance and Brand Management.
- Ensure adherence to financial control requirements and support SOX compliance.
- Provide relevant variance analysis along with financial strategies and recommendations.
- Partner with plant controllers and plant finance teams to analyze manufacturing costs, capital expenditures, and balance sheet items.
- Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Implement systems and processes that improve forecasting, planning, and tracking of manufacturing activity; train plant resources on updated processes.
- Review standard project financials for capital investments and new product innovation.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to Operations, Brand teams, and Finance partners.
- Lead the cost estimate process by collaborating with RQI, plants, and Operations Business Managers to support new products, renovations, and costing initiatives.
- Support the Director Finance with additional projects, as assigned.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related degree required
- Five or more years of experience in financial analysis or general business finance.
- Self‑motivation within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong background in cost accounting and understanding of financial systems, SOX, and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with partners across multiple levels.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and change.
- Proficiency preferred in SAP, BPC, and Power BI.
- Strong time management, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills; experience with automation.
- Experience building and strengthening partnerships with internal teams.
- Strong grounding in internal and external research practices to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Proven experience developing accurate forecasts and variance analysis.
- Use analytics, benchmarks, and insights to guide meaningful financial strategies.

Compensation
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
