Maintenance Supervisor

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance resources to support production requirements.
- Monitor equipment downtime and partner with production teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to follow safe work practices and maintenance standards.
- Maintain productive working relationships with USDA officials.
- Oversee the purchase of maintenance supplies and repair parts, ensuring quality and cost stewardship.
- Champion plant safety programs and comply with all OSHA safety regulations and standards.
- Lead predictive and preventive maintenance activities, including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine‑compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
- Evaluate preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and frequencies to ensure optimal use of labor and resources while improving equipment reliability.
- Maintain mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, environmental security, and operational continuity.
- Support and provide engineering guidance for maintenance and capital projects.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Experience working in food manufacturing.
- Skill in reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and technical documents.
- Skill in preparing routine reports and written correspondence.
- Skill in interpreting written, oral, diagram, or schedule‑based instructions.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of Electronic and Electrical principles.
- Proficient in computer systems and maintenance software; SAP, Microsoft Office Suite desired.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
