Continuous Skills Development Lead

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will own the site’s Continuous Skills Development (CSD) pillar to build, sustain, and continuously improve training, validation, and capability development. You will lead the flow from on the job training to validation, ensuring standard work is current, accessible, and effective.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Govern the site’s CSD system including curricula, Playbooks, One Point Lessons, Skill Element Trees, validation records, and Change Management for document control.
- Plan and deliver training while ensuring demonstration based validations and a reliable validator, mentor, and subject matter expert structure are in place.
- Partner with Operations, Environment Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement to deliver training compliance and effectiveness.
- Run cadence for CSD maturity and CSD system health reviews; translate findings into a 30 60 90 plan and track progress through closure.
- Own training metrics and dashboards including validation rates, expirations, human factor losses, and time to competency; communicate performance and insights.
- Administer digital tools such as SharePoint and Alchemy; ensure users have access and the knowledge to use them effectively.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- 3 to 5+ years in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or training leadership.
- Proficiency in adult learning theory.
- Skilled in developing interactive training content.
- Skilled in identifying workforce competency needs and linking them to employee based and business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of CPS/CSD methodologies or manufacturing training practices.
- Analytical skill to maintain trackers and dashboards, interpret trends, and prioritize actions.
- Digital fluency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Copilot, and Alchemy LMS (Player, Coach, Manager).

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
